3. Damaged or Defective Products:
   If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must send the product back to the merchant's address. Shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
   Once we receive the damaged product, you can choose:

   • A replacement of the same product.
   • An exchange for another design of shoes from our collection.

4. Conditions for Returns:
   The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.

5. Shipping for Returns:
